Love this post Anna, such a timely and important conversation in a post-pandemic world. Companies are having to trim their teams or rebuild from scratch with limited budgets; they may not be able to afford the forty-person marketing team anymore. Still, they can afford fewer creative people who can deliver without being shown exactly what to do.
